1. Full Scale Videography
Definition
Full scale videography consists of structured, on site video production intended to tell a brand story, communicate company ethos, support a brand launch, or document a meaningful narrative about the client.

- Videography is outsourced on a client by client basis

2. Hype Videos
Definition
Hype videos are short, high energy video assets designed to evoke emotion rather than explain details.
Typical Outputs
- 30 second to 60 second looping videos
- Website background videos
- Trade show loop videos
Characteristics
- High energy
- Minimal or no narration
- Emphasis on motion, visuals, and pacing
- Focused on brand feeling rather than explanation
Relationship to Full Scale Videography
- Hype videos may be standalone deliverables
- Or produced as derivative assets from a full scale videography session
3. Drone Videography and Photography
Definition
Drone footage is a supporting asset that may be used in full scale videography, hype videos, or photography sessions.
Execution
- Drone operations are handled in house by Charles Mendez
- Drone footage may be partial or comprehensive depending on client needs
Usage
- Can be included in storytelling videos
- Can be used in hype videos
- Can supplement photography deliverables
Approval and Scheduling
- Videography engagements follow the same approval, scheduling, and resourcing protocols as photography
- Full scale videography must be sold as a formal product before scheduling
- Engagement Managers coordinate timelines, client availability, and vendor logistics
- Operations Manager supports scheduling and internal resource coordination as needed
On Site Requirements
Branding
- Any Momenta Fire team member attending a client site must wear Momenta Fire branded apparel whenever possible
- Branding must be professional and appropriate to the environment
Professional Conduct
- All on site participants must conduct themselves professionally
- Client safety rules and site protocols must be followed without exception
Post Production and Asset Handling
Folder Structure and Storage
- Folder structure and storage location are determined by the Engagement Manager or Operations Manager
- Structure should clearly separate raw footage, edited assets, and final deliverables
Upload Timing
- All raw and edited video assets must be uploaded within 48 hours of shoot completion unless otherwise agreed
- The Engagement Manager or Operations Manager confirms upload completion
Editing Responsibility
- Editing responsibilities are defined per project and vendor agreement
- Expectations for revisions, formats, and final outputs should be set before production begins
Client Access
- Clients may be granted access to video folders at the Engagement Manager’s discretion
- Assets may be shared as a full library or as curated final deliverables
Ownership, Rights, and Usage
- All videography is considered work for hire
- The client retains full intellectual property ownership of all video assets
- Momenta Fire may use video assets solely for self promotion and marketing of the Momenta Fire brand
- Assets may not be resold, licensed, or repurposed outside of this scope
Consent and Release
- Consent and release forms are recommended when individuals are filmed on site
- The Engagement Manager is responsible for determining when releases are required and ensuring they are collected and stored
