Primary Use: Payment processing for recurring revenue products under Momenta Fire

Purpose in Our Workflow:
Stripe is our payment processor for handling transactions related to recurring revenue products offered by Momenta Tech. Common items include Momenta Fire marketing retainers, Convoy Sage subscription services, and Momenta Fire hosting care packages. It provides a secure, reliable way to collect payments, manage billing cycles, and track revenue for offerings that are paid monthly, quarterly, or on a recurring schedule.

We use a single Stripe account for all internal revenue-generating products that do not go through a client’s payment system. Stripe allows us to automate billing, reduce admin overhead, and deliver a professional experience for recurring transactions.

How We Use It in Context:

• Recurring Billing for Standard Offerings:
  Stripe powers the backend for products or retainers sold by Momenta Fire—such as hosting support subscriptions, Convoy Sage enrollments, and even recurring marketing engagements.. Customers receive automatic billing at regular intervals with receipts and full transparency.
• Customer and Subscription Management:
  Stripe makes it easy to update billing info, pause or cancel subscriptions, and apply discount codes. This helps streamline client support and ensures billing changes are handled professionally.
• Revenue Reporting and Forecasting:
  Stripe provides reporting dashboards that help us understand MRR (monthly recurring revenue), failed payments, churn, and customer lifetime value for products. 

Your Role With Stripe:

• Client Communication:
  Your role with Stripe will be minimal as subscriptions are managed by the Bookkeper and Managing Partner. If a customer has billing questions, contact the Managing Partner to provide the necessary information.

Stripe enables us to run and scale revenue-generating services in-house, without relying on manual invoicing or disconnected tools. It’s how we productize and monetize our expertise at Momenta Fire while keeping the customer experience fast, clear, and secure.
