This procedure defines how Momenta Fire plans, produces, and delivers short-form video content. Short-form content is positioned as a premium offering that enhances ongoing marketing efforts by increasing visibility, credibility, and engagement in competitive industrial markets.

Short form content is designed to elevate a client’s presence in crowded marketplaces, particularly for organizations whose leadership teams have limited or no on camera experience.

This offering provides:

Pre Production Intake

Intake Questions

  • Relevant pre production questions are gathered prior to recording
  • Questions are typically developed by the Engagement Manager or Business Development Manager
  • Questions are tailored to:
    • Client goals
    • Industry context
    • Intended messaging
    • Comfort level on camera

This intake ensures recording sessions are focused, efficient, and aligned with strategy.

Production Model

Recording Location

  • Short form content is typically recorded at the Momenta Fire Content Studio
  • On site recording may be used when client needs dictate

All on site recordings follow standard branding, professionalism, and conduct protocols.

Deliverables

Clip Quantity

  • Each engagement delivers a minimum of three and a maximum of five short form clips

Usage

  • Clips are formatted for use on:
    • LinkedIn
    • Client websites
    • Other digital marketing platforms

Clients may distribute clips across platforms at their discretion.

Execution and Roles

Short form content production requires coordination between the following roles:

  • Business Development Manager
  • Video Editor

These roles work in concert to:

  • Guide recording sessions
  • Select key moments
  • Edit and finalize clips

The Engagement Manager oversees client communication and expectations as needed.

Post Production and Timeline

Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is four weeks from recording date
  • Timelines include editing, review, and final delivery

Storage and Delivery

  • Final clips and supporting assets are uploaded to the designated folder structure determined by the Engagement Manager or Operations Manager
  • Assets are delivered in ready to publish formats

Ownership and Usage Rights

  • All short form content is considered work for hire
  • The client retains full intellectual property ownership
  • Momenta Fire may use the content solely for self promotion and marketing of the Momenta Fire brand
  • Assets may not be resold or licensed outside this scope

Governance

  • Scope, clip quantity, and objectives are defined prior to recording
  • Short form content is positioned as a premium enhancement to Ongoing Marketing
  • Engagement Managers are responsible for ensuring alignment with broader client strategy
