Hosting and Maintenance is a recurring subscription service that ensures a client’s website remains secure, functional, updated, and supported.
This is a platform offering, not a strategic marketing engagement. Its purpose is to remove technical burden and provide predictable, dependable website operations.
Target Client Profile
- Available to clients both inside and outside the ICP
- Preferred for WordPress based websites
- Commonly adopted as a maintenance solution rather than a strategic initiative
Hosting Platform
Primary Hosting Environment
- Websites are hosted primarily on Pressable
- Pressable is the preferred hosting provider due to reliability, performance, and ease of management
Included Platform Benefits
- Elementor license included
- Elementor training provided as needed
Included Maintenance Activities
Core Updates
- Monthly WordPress core updates
- Monthly plugin updates
- PHP version management as required
Security and Monitoring
- Jetpack monthly security scans
- Malware detection and remediation
- Nightly automated backups
Backup Redundancy
- Monthly manual backup to a separate cloud environment
Repairs and Fixes
- Malware cleanup
- Fixes related to user error
- Technical site fixes and updates the client team may be unable to resolve
Support and Response
- Guaranteed same day response for any reported issue
Billing and Subscription Management
- Hosting and Maintenance is billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe
- Payment must be made via credit card
- This service is not invoiced
- The only exception is when Hosting and Maintenance is bundled into an existing recurring marketing engagement, in which case it may be included in the broader invoicing structure
Execution and Responsibility
- Service is managed internally by the Momenta Fire team
- Support and maintenance are handled by team members experienced with WordPress environments
- Escalation occurs only when required for platform or infrastructure level issues
Client Expectations and Boundaries
- This service covers hosting, maintenance, security, and support
- It does not include strategic marketing work, design overhauls, or feature expansion unless separately scoped
- Requests outside standard maintenance may be evaluated and scoped as additional work
Governance
- Hosting and Maintenance operates as a recurring subscription
- Performance is measured by uptime, security, and response time
- Pressable remains the preferred hosting environment unless an exception is approved
